For hotels & resorts · The Program

How the program runs.

The Aloha Fitness Maui Program is the system behind every class we coach. Here is what it covers, and what a launch at your property looks like.

01

Standardized class library

Five signature 45-minute formats with written session plans, so a Tuesday class feels the same whoever coaches it.

Each format has a session plan, equipment list, scaling options and a safety brief. New formats are piloted at the flagship before they roll out.

02

Scheduling & capacity

A weekly rotation built around your occupancy, guest mix and the hours your lawn, beach or studio is free.

We review attendance monthly and adjust times, formats and class caps with your team. Typical launch: two classes a day, six days a week.

03

Instructor hiring & training

Certified coaches, hired for hospitality as much as fitness, and trained on our library before they meet a guest.

Every instructor holds a nationally accredited certification and CPR/AED, completes our onboarding and shadows at least ten classes before leading.

04

Insurance & liability

We carry our own coverage and handle waivers, so your risk team has one less thing to manage.

General liability ($1M / $2M), professional liability and workers’ comp. The property is named additional insured with a waiver of subrogation. Digital waivers collected at booking. Certificate of insurance on request.

05

Booking & guest check-in

Guests book in a minute from their phone or a QR code on property. We check them in, so your front desk doesn't have to.

Online booking, room-charge or card payment where the property allows it, QR signage, and a printed daily roster for the concierge desk.

06

Monthly reporting

Attendance, ratings and guest comments, delivered to your team every month in one page.

Classes run, unique guests, repeat rate, average rating, notable reviews and recommendations for the next month.
